Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@newtruecharlie.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

When We Offer a Return or Refund
Wrong or Flawed Product
If you receive an incorrect or flawed item, please contact us at info@newtruecharlie.com with photos of the product, and we will provide a return shipping label. Once the return is in transit, we will ship a replacement immediately.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@newtruecharlie.com and we will process a free exchange.
Change of Mind
We are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please review the color, size, and texture details on the product page carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
We usually ship orders quickly. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ask our processing team to stop the shipment; however, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible once the order has already been dispatched.
All refunds are issued after we receive the returned product and confirm its condition. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
