- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are usually shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Transit time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Shipping Status
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If the confirmation email does not arrive right away, please do not worry. Your order will be delivered within the timeframe shown at checkout.
Order Changes
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received
If your tracking status shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier first to locate your shipment. If the issue is not resolved, please email us at info@newtruecharlie.com.
Track Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at info@newtruecharlie.com and we will be glad to help.
Taxes
Where required by law, applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. Because we currently ship within the United States only, no international import duties or VAT apply to your order.
